Account Deletion

1. Delete your account in the app

1. Open the TVFootie app and sign in to your account.
2. Tap your account button in the top-right of the home screen.
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Confirm deletion when prompted.

2. If you cannot access the app

If you cannot sign in, email us from your account email address at [email protected] with the subject line Account Deletion Request.

We may ask for additional verification to protect your account from unauthorized deletion requests.

3. What data is deleted

• Account profile and authentication linkage for TVFootie access.
• In-app saved preferences associated with your account.
• Any account-linked support context that is no longer needed for service operation.

4. What may be retained

• Minimal security and abuse-prevention logs for up to 30 days.
• Records we are legally required to retain, for the legally required period.

5. Processing timeline

We aim to process deletion requests promptly and typically within 7 days of successful verification.
